Do you know any good places for Hawaiian food, other than a luau? Also, our vacation hotel has a kitchenette so I can cook some of our meals. Is there a good farmer’s market on the island of Oahu or where is the best place in Honolulu to get groceries, especially fresh fish?

Roasting meat is easy in a solar oven. Not only does cooking with solar save money on electricity, but it makes the meat more tender and juicy than a conventional overn. Hawaii has one of the most abundant agricultural zones in the US, and now people who like to “eat local” have one more reason to rejoice: the Maui Cattle Company now offers consumers Kula pasture-finished lamb, in addition to the beef.
