I had similar symptoms after a trip to India and Myanmar last year. No history of alcohol, drugs or wild sex (and now its too late)! Given a diagnosis of early PBC. Tx no alcohol, daily Ursodiol. My hepatologist is in San Diego @ Kaiser. Dr. Lisa Marie Nyberg. I would appreciate any info you would share.
